Customs duties, taxes and discounts costs are calculated at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 22:00 (GMT−5) New York will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day.
- No Shipping Days: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery time
Estimated Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 5–6 business days after processing, depending on the destination.
Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. Laurent Leclair has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at help@laurentleclair.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Restrictions
We are currently unable to ship to PO boxes or certain remote locations. If we are unable to fulfil your order to your address, we will notify you promptly.
