Refund policy

At Laurent Leclair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return Email us at help@laurentleclair.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are damaged due to misuse, or items returned after 30 days, are not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
